With IKOFX, a refund request is possible when the account had been deposited into, but no orders were executed by the client.

After we had processed customer's request, we will proceed ahead of using the same method of payment used for the deposit to refund to the customer. The refund will be for the full amount, unless other arrangements have been made. All other requests will be considered as withdrawal and will be processed using the usual methods and procedures.
