    2. 1.1 TRADE & DRIVE LUCKY DRAW campaign is a lucky draw applicable to all new and existing live accounts funded with at-least 300USD. The campaign period starts from January 01, 2011 (00:00 GMT) until December 31, 2011 (23:59:59 GMT). At the end of the year, the lucky draw will be made to determine who shall be the winner (*at January 07, 2012).
    1.2 The entry for the lucky draw is based on trades with a minimum volume size of one (1) mini lot. One (1) mini lot is equal to one (1) entry.
    1.3 Prizes during the raffle draw are the following:

  2. Participants
    3. Every participant of the lucky draw must register their account to be part of the campaign. Once registered, all trades made in accordance with the conditions of this campaign shall be considered as entries. Participants warrant that they are eligible to participate in the lucky draw and are not prohibited by any laws, rules or policy of their countries.
  3. Results of the Campaign and Publication
    4. Results of the lucky draw shall be announce and published at the website (www.ikofx.com) right after the draw is made. The winners agree that their names will be published in and/or outside the website, and IKOFX has the right to use any information related to the winners' accounts for advertising and publish it on forum, company's website or other media.
  4. Winner Determination and Prizes
    5. 4.1 The lucky draw shall be made thru electronic raffling of entries and each trader can win only once.
    4.2 IKOFX reserves the rights to verify the legitimacy of the participation of the owner of the account, as well as the identities of the winners.
    4.3 IKOFX shall contact the winners in order to claim their prizes. Failure to claim the prizes within the period given by IKOFX will be a ground for forfeiture.
    4.4 The winner shall be fully responsible for paying all necessary expenses, taxes, customs and other existing mandatory fees established by the laws of the country where the prize shall be taken and the laws of the country of the winners, upon claiming the prizes.
  5. Others
    6. IKOFX reserves the right to change the terms and conditions as well as rules of this campaign. It has all the right to disqualify any participant in case of violation with the rules without prior notification. By participating and registering in this campaign, participant accepts all the provisions, terms and conditions herein. Any arguments and/or disputes pertaining to this campaign shall be settled by IKOFX which decisions are final and cannot be reviewed.
