Refund Policy


In IKOFX, customer satisfaction is always our main concern as we are willing to go for extra miles to make you our happy customer. Due to significant risk of loss with Forex investment, not every investor is suitable to trade Forex. With IKOFX, a refund request is possible when the account had been deposited into, but no orders were executed by the client.

After we had processed customer's request, we will proceed ahead of using the same method of payment used for the deposit to refund to the customer. The refund will be for the full amount, unless other arrangements have been made. All other requests will be considered as withdrawal and will be processed using the usual methods and procedures.

Lead time of processing of refund requests can take 3-5 working days.

  1. This policy is to inform customer that IKOFX does not provide any refunds on usual condition.
  2. The only exception for refund is made if customer funds his/her account and does not trade; he/she is allowed to make refund request.
  3. IKOFX will refund any funds with the same method of deposited payment with respect to the AML Policy. Please be reminded that there will be charging fees according to the refund method.
  4. In case of detecting any abuses or fraudulent activities against IKOFX policies, IKOFX reserves the right to decline customer's request of refund.
  5. IKOFX will not provide any services of refund for customer who wishes to refund due to severe losses due to any reasons.
  6. Any other requests will be considered as withdrawals and will be processed using IKOFX’s official methods and procedures.
